Is the information on this website reliable enough to cite, quote, etc.?

YES. If you do not believe that a fact stated on this website is credible, scroll to the bottom of the page and check out the sources for yourself. We’ve done the research so you don’t have to.

Why does this website exist?

It exists to educate you (the voter/American citizen) on various domestic and foreign issues (including the level of involvement of the federal govt. of the United States). This website also serves as a tool by which you can participate in politics and easily contact your senator or congressional representative.

Does the information you include under the “What is Washington Doing?” section cover EVERYTHING done by the politicians in D.C. regarding that particular issue?

NO. Much more action has been and will be taken by the federal government concerning many of the issues on this website. The information in the “What is Washington Doing?” sections is simply meant to highlight the key actions/legislation.

When will the new issues be uploaded to the site?

As soon as we can finish the research. (Remember, most of the staff members of this website are still IN college. Thus, term papers, exams, etc. take precedence over new issues.)

Why do you not have information about _____ (some other issue) on your website?

We do not have the time or resources to include EVERY relevant piece of information on this website. If you feel that we have left out something vitally important, however, please e-mail us and we will consider your suggestion(s).
