Mission Statement

At DCTrueNorth.org, we believe that the American public deserves and desires to understand the issues facing our nation. After personally researching many of these issues, however, it became clear to us at DCTrueNorth.org that most Americans simply do not have the time to find and read all of the information pertaining to these subjects. The best solution, we determined, is to bring non-ideologically based information to the people. This website is the result of our effort to do just that.

What does “True North” mean?

True North is a navigational term referring to an individual’s current position in relation to the North Pole. For hundreds of years, navigators have relied upon the stars in the night sky to determine the direction of True North and plot an accurate course. Unfortunately, in the field of politics, there are no stars or even a True North to guide an individual…until now. To visit our frequently asked questions page, click here.

The Issues

As of today, DCTrueNorth.org staff members have researched and posted information relating to seven major national issues. With the addition of new staff members in the near future, we hope to soon see this number grow even larger. Thanks for your support.
